Coaches, kids martial arts and kickboxing. Assistant Coaches start at $18 to $22 an hour, based on experience, with paid training. A black belt in any style is required, and so is some college (enrolled in college now counts). Coaching experience is a plus, but it is not required. Weekday afternoons and evenings plus weekend mornings at Dunellen, South Plainfield, and Somerset.
The path is written down. Coach track: Assistant Coach, Head Coach part-time, Head Coach full-time. Management track opens after Head Coach: Assistant Manager, Studio Manager, part owner. We show you both at the interview.
